“A funeral makes us pause and think about life and what is important”

Are you planning a funeral or memorial service?  A sense of sadness is to be expected but it doesn’t need to be a gloomy affair.

As an experienced Funeral Celebrant I can help you create a meaningful, memorable and fitting end of life tribute that reflects the wishes, beliefs, cultural background and values of your loved one and family.

Each unique ceremony will capture the individuality of your loved one in a dignified and a befitting manner, with lots of opportunities to share fond memories and favourite stories.  You have final approval over the ceremony that may include personal tributes and music either led or facilitated by me.

Please contact me directly or through your funeral director and I will help you through this difficult time.

About Me - Gillian Bond

Prior to becoming a professionally trained Independent Civil Celebrant and member of the Country Celebrants Network I spent much of my working life with a national cancer charity.

During this time I was privileged to meet and work with many people some of whom sadly lost their battle with cancer and others who had lost loved ones. Consequently, I am no stranger to the pain and anger that bereavement can bring.

As an Independent Civil Celebrant I can help and support those struggling with the reality of their loved ones death and over the last few years have been honoured to work with so many families in leading a tribute to their loved one.
